Teachers!
We are seeking to greatly expand our class offerings, in any of the forms of traditional crafts and arts, including, but not limited to:
- Elemental Arts (ex: wood turning, paddle making, woodshop, wire wrapping, pottery, glass fusion and boat accessories)
- Lake Ecology/Environmental Arts (ex.: fly fish lure creating, sketch and hike, local flora/fauna, plein air painting, pour painting, mandala making
- Fiber Arts (ex: rug hooking, dying, weaving, felting, quilting)
- Heritage Arts (ex: flute & drumming making, dream catchers and traditional cowboy artisan crafts..etc..)
- Something else? Let us know!
So if you’re a hidden talent, just waiting to showcase your unique skills for like-minded people, and are willing to teach a class (with paying students), then please click below to fill out a quick and easy application and let the adventure begin!
Volunteer
We are a small group of volunteers just getting this adventure started, and are in need of volunteers from all walks of life, to help with the many aspects this folk school entails.
So if you’re willing to share your time (however much you can), our RMFS group, the Grand Lake community and the school would greatly appreciate it.

Please consider a donation, any amount would be greatly appreciated. As we are all volunteers, all money received is utilized exclusively by the school.
